Olive Tapenade

This takes such a short time to make yet packs a nice punch in the flavour stakes.  Spread onto gluten free toast croutons for a very quick snack or part of a canapé selection.

Instructions

  • 1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until you get a slightly rough textured mixture. Don't over-process because the texture will just go grainy
  • 2. Spread onto small toast croutons or serve as a dip with raw vegetables.
